Re: INTERRUPTIBLE WHEELING RATES AND INTERRUPTIBLE STORAGE INJECTION / WITHDRAWAL RATES ON THE SOUTH AND NORTH LATERALS


Effective July 1, 2010, and until further notice, the following rates will apply, where applicable, on the 
North and South Laterals for Interruptible Wheeling and Interruptible Storage Injections / Withdrawals. Any 
increase in rates will be posted (72) hours prior to the rates becoming effective.

Wheeling Rates:

  TGP to Millennium:  $ 0.105 / dth
  Millennium to TGP:  $ 0.12 / dth
  Wheeling Use (Fuel Retention): $ 0.05 / dth plus 0.25% of Scheduled Quantities

Interruptible Storage Injections / Withdrawals from/ to Millennium (North Lateral):

  Stagecoach to Millennium: $ 0.065 / dth
  Millennium to Stagecoach: $ 0.08 / dth
  Storage Injection Use (Fuel Retention): $ 0.05 / dth plus 0.25% of Scheduled Quantities

Interruptible Storage Injections / Withdrawals from / to TGP (South Lateral):
  Stagecoach to TGP:       $ 0.04 / dth
  TGP to Stagecoach:       $ 0.04 / dth
  Storage Injection Use (Fuel Retention): $ 0.05 / dth plus 0.25% of Scheduled Quantities
