Re:      Critical Notice – Force Majeure at Stagecoach

Central New York Oil And Gas Company, LLC’s (“CNYOG”) Stagecoach Storage facility 
experienced a failure of a control component on one its compressors.  Due to the 
unavailability of this unit, CNYOG is not able to physically inject gas, however
withdrawals and wheeling are still available.

At this time, there are no anticipated restrictions to firm services. 

Replacement of the component is presently expected to be completed on Sunday, June 27th.  

CNYOG will continue to provide further updates as additional information becomes available.
