Re:  UN-PLANNED OUTAGE FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE	


Central New York Oil And Gas Company (CNYOG) will be performing un-planned electrical 
maintenance work for approximately 8 hours on April 23rd.  CNYOG will shut down the 
station while performing this work.  No interruption of nominations for firm storage 
service is expected during this period.  No interruptible storage injections will be
